uh, just staying warm
this past week i was in madrid and it seems i did not interpret weather.com very well. i know that i checked the web page before leaving for madrid but somewhere between computer screen and suitcase packing the importance of the 'it's going to be colder in madrid than seville' message got lost. i took a light jacket, a very airy sweater and not much else in the way of cold weather gear. anyway, i ended up with this beautiful pink wrap that did not match anything. it was lovely.

my! my! our little miss kaptain kate, alone in the wilderness with only a pink rag to throw over her head. but it is an improvement over the paper sack..... T. O.

hey carol - your kid is really flippin cute. i don't know if you've noticed, but he looks a little bit like lance.
and kate - the wrap is fabulous. but prolly not that warm. you should have stuffed newspaper down your pants for insulation. silly girl... will you ever learn?

Soooo Kate. (by the way, I did a terrible job of fulfilling my Skype duties at church, forgive me) Anyway, I see how cold you are in Spain :( And thought to myself...you know what Kate needs??
